My father purchased this 1965 Galaxie 50 years ago at an antique car auction. He kept it for many years but, as his health deteriorated, he sold the car to the Curator of the Antique Car Museum on Petit Jean Mountain.
My youngest son loved that car and was devastated when that car left the family. He approached the new owner to see if the car would be available for his wedding day. It was.
A year or so later, my son was able to purchase the car back and is in the process of bringing it back to a daily driver vehicle.
