Last summer, my mom got me a pink disposable camera. I was excited when she showed it to me because when we go over to my grandma’s house, we look through their old pictures of my mom when she was younger that were taken on disposable cameras.
I like to do this because my grandma has dementia. These old pictures remind my grandma of things and it makes her happy, which makes me happy.
When my mom sees this pink camera she got me, she takes pictures of me. I haven’t gotten to see any of the pictures taken yet, but that’s something that I’m looking forward to doing. Now I use my camera with my friends and family like my mom used to use hers with her friends and family.
